KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate with the team on diversity related training programs 
• Coordination with the team on SOGI & other engagement related training programs 
• Data management and reporting
• Conducting overseeing participant communication, database management, managed petty cash, program logistics, translations, designing profiles, agendas for the sessions conducted and engaged in pre-event, during the event and post event tasks in several events organized by the team

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• Final year graduate, in management, social science, IT or any other related fields
• Good communication
• Proficient in MS Office package 
• Flexible to travel for various initiatives
