This role would enable you to ensure finance operation is carried out on a timely and effective manner and conforms to the specified accepted standards in order to meet all accounting and financial reporting objectives and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the team’s daily operations and coordinate with business teams /plants and 3rd party customers /vendors and provide support and solutions to teams where necessary and required.
• Monitor the allocated team KPI ‘s and the allocated tasks to complete after the review and ensure deliverables are met in an effective and efficient manner.
• Prepare and monitor the team for management monthly reviews where the team is equipped with the required data and analysis to propose logical and practical solution to management and support decision making.
• Preparation of the financial audits in an effective manner whilst adhering to the allocated CAS requirements and deadlines ensuring strong governance.

Qualifications, Experience, Skill and Competencies:

• Relevant Degree + CIMA/ Chartered full qualification or MBA.
• 3 years of prior experience in a similar capacity
